【Membership Specifications and Terms】
  1. Qualified consumption (please refer to Membership Terms - Instructions on Member Benefits for details), the amount does not include taxes and service fees; the booking channel for qualified consumption is the member's official website, telephone, email or direct booking at the hotel, and you can enjoy member benefits. In addition, room and table reservations made on the official websites of Heyi Hotel, Muxuan Hotel and any third-party agencies are not included in the scope of eligible consumption and cannot earn reward points. The above member benefits are only applicable to qualified consumption, and some benefits cannot be combined with other benefits.
  2. The calculation of the consumption amount of membership points does not include service fees and taxes. Every 25 yuan of consumption is 1 point. The basic points are valid for 2 years. The reward points are based on the rules/memorandum of the event. If the points expire, they will not be reissued .
  3. During the same period of stay, each AMAZZING CLUB member can accumulate bonus points and nights for one room at most in his/her own account, and accumulation cannot be repeated.
  4. AMAZZING CLUB member benefits (including membership upgrades, consumption, points) are calculated from the date of joining, and consumption before joining the AMAZZING CLUB membership plan cannot accumulate membership benefits (including membership upgrades, consumption, points).
  5. Hotel accommodation reservation guarantee is not applicable during: Lunar New Year, Peace Memorial Day, Children's Day and Ching Ming Festival, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Computer Fair, Mid-Autumn Festival, National Day, New Year's Eve, etc. (For detailed terms, please refer to the inapplicable terms of each housing project)
  6. Room type upgrade coupons, suite upgrade coupons, cash coupons and other coupons can only be used by members themselves. Overdue coupons will not be reissued.
  7. How to get the birthday gift: After joining the membership, please reconfirm that the personal information of the date of birth is complete, and the system will automatically send the birthday gift to the member account at the end of the month before the birthday. If the birthday is more than 2 months old when you join the membership, you cannot apply for a replacement birthday gift.
  8. Privilege No. 8: Guaranteed room reservation (provided credit card authorization information is required when booking).
  9. Reward Item 11: The Happy Hour rest time is calculated by each member (number of people). Classic members and Honor members need to deduct points or pay to enjoy it. Gold members/Master members/Stars members can enjoy it for free, and it depends on the number of each hotel. The service content, process and time provided shall prevail. The fee paid for the benefits is to accumulate member points. If the points are used to exchange for goods/services, the points cannot be accumulated according to the point usage rules.
  10. Re-registration mechanism: If members do not inform their membership number or e-mail address at the moment of consumption, they can apply for re-registration at the counter of each museum or by letter, and they will not be able to enjoy the discounts of the day's activities. Customers are required to provide the invoice receipt and membership number when re-registering, and the re-registering is limited to within 7 days of the day of consumption.
  11. Before using the former membership points and electronic vouchers, you must first confirm the membership points/electronic vouchers page to check the validity period and usage method. If they are not used after the expiration date, they will be automatically recycled by the system.
  12. Relevant membership points and usage rules for each voucher:
- The vouchers used cannot be used in combination, including cash coupons, group coupons, dining coupons, suite upgrade coupons, room type upgrade coupons, etc.
- The "room or suite upgrade voucher" and the "travel exhibition accommodation voucher" can be used at the same time when booking a room with membership status.
- Each order is limited to one voucher and cannot be reused. The voucher need to verified on site.
- Points and vouchers can be used at the same time.
