Offer Scope: e-Vouchers issued by AMAZZING CLUB, such as room upgrade vouchers, suite upgrade vouchers, accommodation voucher, dining vouchers, breakfast vouchers, and Happy Hour vouchers etc.
Exclusion Periods: The exclusion periods will be updated irregularly. Please refer to the latest announcements for the most current information.
Cathay Hospitality Management reserves the right to make the final decision in case of any disputes. For any matters not specified, please refer to the official website announcement.

| Hotel Room Upgrade Voucher |
﹒Voucher Usage:
-This voucher is valid for room upgrades only and does not include in-room amenities, exclusive privileges, or other additional gifts.
-The room will be upgraded to the next available room category based on the booked room type. Please note that upgrade is subject to availability.
﹒How to use the voucher:
-Book through the AMAZZING CLUB member official website and mention the room upgrade voucher in the remarks.
-Book via phone/email and inform them of your intention to use the room upgrade voucher.
-You must inform the hotel in advance when using the voucher, and present the e-voucher on your device at check in.
﹒Bookings made through third-party platforms are not eligible for the room upgrade voucher.
﹒This voucher is only valid for use by the member and is limited to one room upgrade per night per voucher.
﹒This voucher can be used on both weekdays and weekends. Please refer to the AMAZZING CLUB member website for any exclusions during special periods.
﹒Member points and voucher usage regulations:
﹒Vouchers cannot be combined with other types of vouchers, including cash discount vouchers, group vouchers, dining vouchers, suite upgrade vouchers, room upgrade vouchers, etc.
﹒"Room Upgrade Voucher" and "Travel Exhibition Accommodation Voucher" can be used simultaneously when booking as a member.
﹒The validity period of this voucher is subject to the date specified on the voucher. It cannot be resold, redeemed for cash, or exchanged for change. It will be considered invalid if not used within the validity period, and no extensions or refunds will be granted.
﹒Cathay Hospitality Management reserves the right to change any content of the campaign without notice.

﹒This voucher can be applied for discount on dining at the following restaurants, regardless of the total spending amount: -Hotel Cozzi Taipei Minsheng – THE Lounge -Hotel Cozzi Taipei Zhongxiao – THE Lounge -Hotel Cozzi Kaohsiung Zhongshan – Cozzi THE Roof -COZZI Blu – Cozzi Market, Yi Hui Xuan, Blu Bar ﹒The validity period of this voucher is subject to the date specified on the voucher. ﹒This voucher can be combined with other dining vouchers under the same campaign. ﹒The voucher amount is not eligible for AMAZZING CLUB point accumulation and no points will be awarded for this transaction. ﹒This voucher cannot be resold, redeemed for cash, or exchanged for change. Any unused voucher after the expiration date will be considered invalid, with no extension or replacement. ﹒The voucher is valid only when used by the member themselves, and the usage conditions are subject to the hotel's on-site announcement. Voucher Usage Instructions:
To use vouchers, you must inform the HOTEL COZZI in advance and present the relevant electronic voucher for verification. Voucher usage will be subject to the hotel's on-site availability. Please refer to the voucher details for specific usage instructions.
How to View Your Voucher:
Log in to your AMAZZING CLUB mamber account → Click on "My Redemption History" → Select the voucher to view its details and validity period.
