|Join us in welcoming a new chapter for Madison Taipei|

Madison Taipei is expected to officially rebrand as "Madison Taipei, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel" in Q3 2025 and join the Marriott International group. The Marriott Bonvoy® loyalty program will be launched simultaneously starting from the rebranding date. The actual rebranding date will be announced on the Madison Taipei official website.

Original Membership Benefits

Q1: Can I still use my room upgrade vouchers (annual/birthday) at Madison Taipei?
A: Yes. Please use your AMAZZING CLUB room upgrade vouchers at Madison Taipei before the brand transition. After the transition, the vouchers will only be applicable to all HOTEL COZZI locations across Taiwan.

Q2: Can I still accumulate AMAZZING CLUB points when staying at Madison Taipei?
A: We invite you to take advantage of the final opportunity to earn points before the transition. After the transition, point accumulation at Madison Taipei will no longer be available. You may continue to earn points at all HOTEL COZZI locations and designated dining brands.

Q3: Can I still redeem points for spending at Madison Taipei?
A: Madison Taipei will adopt the Marriott Bonvoy® program after the transition. If you wish to use Marriott's services, please register separately for a Marriott Bonvoy® account. AMAZZING CLUB benefits and point redemption will remain available at HOTEL COZZI locations and designated dining brands.

Q4: Will my accumulated AMAZZING CLUB points remain valid?
A: Points remain valid at HOTEL COZZI locations and designated dining brands. Please log in to your AMAZZING CLUB account to view your point balance and expiration under "My Points Record."

Q5: Can I still use my points at Madison Taipei?
A: From the transition date, Madison Taipei will fully adopt the Marriott Bonvoy® program. AMAZZING CLUB benefits and redemptions will only apply to HOTEL COZZI locations and designated dining brands.

Q6: Will AMAZZING CLUB points have extended validity?
A: Points are valid for two years from the date of issue. Event-based points follow the event-specific validity rules. Please redeem your points at Madison Taipei before the brand transition.
Q7: Will the 10% dining discount still apply at Madison Taipei?
A: Dining discounts will no longer be available after the transition. You may continue to enjoy these benefits during your stay at any HOTEL COZZI.

Q8: Will late check-out and early check-in privileges still apply at Madison Taipei?
A: These benefits will end after the transition. You may continue to enjoy these benefits during your stay at any HOTEL COZZI.

Q9: Will Madison Taipei continue to offer free Happy Hour access?
A: This benefit will no longer be available. You may continue to enjoy these benefits during your stay at any HOTEL COZZI.

Q10: Can I still redeem points for accommodation or dining at Madison Taipei?
A: Yes, before the transition. Limited-time offers include weekday accommodation, GUSTOSO & URBAN331 dining vouchers, afternoon tea, and drink vouchers. Quantities are limited.

Q11: Will I still receive a Welcome Gift at Madison Taipei?
A: Welcome gifts will no longer be offered. You may continue to enjoy these benefits during your stay at any HOTEL COZZI.

Q12: Will I still get member rates and 5% off when booking Madison Taipei?
A: Member rates and discounts will no longer apply. Please book via the AMAZZING CLUB website to enjoy benefits at HOTEL COZZI.

Q13: What if I booked before the transition but check in after?
A: Bookings with a stay date after the transition will follow Marriott Bonvoy® policies regardless of when booked. AMAZZING CLUB benefits will not apply.

Q14: Will I still enjoy original membership privileges at Madison Taipei?
A: All privileges will end after the transition. Please register for Marriott Bonvoy® to enjoy their services.

Q15: I want to continue using AMAZZING CLUB benefits at Madison Taipei. What should I do?
A: A limited-time point redemption campaign is available before the transition. Please refer to the official AMAZZING CLUB website for details.



Account & Transition

Q16: Will my AMAZZING CLUB data be transferred to Marriott Bonvoy®?
A: For privacy protection, data will not be transferred. Please register separately for Marriott Bonvoy®.

Q17: Is there a tier-matching process between AMAZZING CLUB and Marriott Bonvoy®?
A: There is currently no membership conversion mechanism.

Q18: Can I apply for point accrual after checking out at Madison Taipei?
A: If your stay ends before the transition, yes—within 7 days. After the transition, no retroactive points will be issued.

Q19: I booked Madison Taipei. Will I still earn AMAZZING CLUB points upon checkout?
A: This depends on your check-out date. If it is after the transition, Marriott Bonvoy® rules apply.

Q20: Will my existing AMAZZING CLUB points/benefits still be available?
A: Yes, but only at HOTEL COZZI locations and designated dining brands.

Q21: Will original benefits still apply at Madison Taipei?
A: No. You will need to register for Marriott Bonvoy® for future stays.



Limited-Time Offers & Redemption

Q22: Can I still redeem points for accommodations or dining?
A: Not at Madison Taipei after the transition. Please redeem at HOTEL COZZI locations.

Q23: Will my AMAZZING CLUB points be extended?
A: Points remain valid as usual. No extensions are provided.

Q24: Will there be exclusive offers to celebrate the transition?
A: Yes, there is a room package available. Please refer to the campaign link for details.

Q25: I want to continue using AMAZZING CLUB benefits at Madison Taipei. What should I do?
A: Use your points before the transition as part of our limited-time redemption campaign. See official website for details.

Q26: Where can I continue to use AMAZZING CLUB benefits?
A: Applicable locations:

  • HOTEL COZZI: Taipei Minsheng, Taipei Zhongxiao, Tainan Ximen, Kaohsiung Zhongshan, Taoyuan
